She brings 30+ years of executive experience across public, charter, cyber, and accelerated schools, including transformational work at LEAP Academy, ASPIRA Bilingual Cyber Charter School, and One Bright Ray Community High School. Her distinctive strength is translating vision into action - helping schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
Through Amplify with AI™, Nancy helps organizations embrace responsible artificial intelligence by combining strategic consulting with practical implementation. She designs intelligent workflows, develops custom AI-powered solutions, and builds AI Super Agents that help organizations work smarter, improve efficiency, and prepare for the future. Her expertise spans curriculum and instructional innovation, assessment design, school improvement, professional learning, and educational technology. As a current cyber school principal, Ellen brings firsthand insight into the demands of virtual education, blended learning, and the operational systems that keep schools thriving in rapidly changing environments.
Ellen partners with school districts, charter schools, and educational organizations nationally and internationally to design sustainable programs, build leadership capacity, and support long-term organizational growth.
